Miso Ginger Vinegarette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Olive or Avocado Oil (I like Olive Oil here)
  • 1/4 C Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 inch Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1-2 Tbsp Honey or Allulose Syrup
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Red Miso (I prefer red but you can use yellow)
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a bowl and whisk until combined.
